"Chakras, The Magnificent Seven"

Whirl through the chakras. Meet each one and deepen your understanding of its specific characteristics, related health issues, psycho/emotional issues, functions and areas of impact on body, mind and spirit. Learn how to clear pain and trauma from the chakras using a simple process developed by Paula Shaw for her new book, Chakras, The Magnificent Seven. Paula will give participants the experience of using a variety of techniques for balancing and energizing the chakras to enhance mental/emotional health and well-being. These easily learned techniques may be competently utilized by the end of the class.

Paula's program will include work with her book "Chakras, The Magnificent Seven." Paula emphasizes tapping into the Divine Feminine energy in all of her work. She will lead participants in various exercises to clear their own energy and to connect with that Feminine Face of God.
